Shoe Store : Is there an way to insert sizes for a product

I'm building a shoe store and I'd like to know how I would go about inserting a product and then it would automatically insert the different sizes, could you explain me how to do that?

Use Product attributes. There is also a good contribution called Shoppe Enhancement Controller. It has I believe the attribute copier and sorter. This may be what your looking for.
