No Payment Method Showing On Checkout For some clients

sys: oscom v2.2 with authorize.net module as only payment method

 

problem: Some (not for everyone) PC's, when checking out, do not see the fields for inputing the credit card info.

 

They only see the title message "This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order."

 

Again, the system works for some people, so could it be a browser setting that is not running the credit card script properly?
