Guest Posted June 24, 2003 Posted June 24, 2003 I have a client with a shop that was built from a Sept/02 snapshot. Things have been fine up until now, but yesterday a customer was unable to login with his new account, it continually tells him "no match for e-mail address and/or password", despite repeated attempts at new accounts. I have gone into admin and found no match for his name as well. Is there some sort of lack of maintenance on my end that would "clog up" the accounts? The customer has an @has.dk email address, but I do have the minimum for email set at 2 in admin. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Violet
