chfields Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 My host just upgraded to PHP 4.3.1. Now when I try to checkout with registered user or with purchase without account the shopping cart empties. I've been searching the forums and am going blind!! Please help!! Thanks
Guest Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 I had that same problem, its a php error, had to go back to the prev version. I told the php devs but they labeled it bogus for some reason...

Guest Posted June 23, 2003 Posted June 23, 2003 no fix through osC that I know of. Best way I know to handle it is get a dedicated server but if thats not an option (and the host is any good) explain to them your situation and they should reinstall whatever version you want.
