Tax Problem: Tax is 8x higher than total price!

Hi,

 

got this strange error when checking out:

 

 

It seems as the tax is not getting calculated correctly. Any Idea why?

 

Also I'd like to have those ++++++ removed before the Utah Sales Tax for example.
