First attempt at contribution and I need help

I am trying to modify Linda's Manufacturers Email contribution.

I am adding some fields to it. Now I get an error when trying to SAVE in the admin.

 

Here's the file

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: upload in /home/myname/public_html/admin/manufacturers.php on line 38

 

The line 38 is

if ($manufacturers_image = new upload('manufacturers_image', DIR_FS_CATALOG_IMAGES)) {

tep_db_query("update " . TABLE_MANUFACTURERS . " set manufacturers_image = '" . $manufacturers_image->filename . "' where manufacturers_id = '" . tep_db_input($manufacturers_id) . "'");

}

 

I didn't think I changed anything with this line so maybe I broke it somewhere else.
