front page news article ordering help..

my problem is that when i add the news... they come out having the latest onees at the bottom of the page... which is kinda not useful... can someone show me how to fix this?

 

i'm using the news editor in tools section. ~/storemanager/news.php

 

and can someone tell me where i can find wat version it is im using... theres no obvious release or version file
