Or if not, anyone know which files to modify? I am competent in PHP so I could do this myself, it's just that I don't know where to look. Thanks.

I am not good with php and sql, so I can't just go and edit the file. I'm sure there are others the same way who want to use a low order percentage. Has anyone here figured it out? This is a must-have option for all the wholesalers who want to charge retail price on small orders. I hope there's an answer. :huh:
