Downloading osCommerce Snapshot

Where can I find a tarball of the snapshot? I got a link off of the downloads page but they are both zip files.

So far as I know gzip can not unzip WinZip'd files. If it does, then I don't know how to do it, could someone tell me how?

I have been told to use this to cure some problems but can not find snapshot either. if you find please forward the correct site this link appears dead. Thanks in advance Jim
