Shipping not added to total?

Hi guys,

 

Well, I've finally managed to get my missing modules to appear under the admin side of the store, but I've a problem now.

 

Shipping option (there is only one anyway) shows up at all stages of the checkout process EXCEPT at the last stage where the total of everything is shown and where you are supposed to click the 'confirm' button. There is no price added to the total for the shipping at all. The price appears in all stages before that.

 

Does anyone have a fix for this? I need it asap because I've been running after customers for missing shipping costs for the past few days :(

If you have loaded 5 and you did not add a weight to your products, thats why, you can do a seach on my name and do what linda said , or you can ask tech to fix it , usually a 15 minute job for them

I don't think this is the problem at all - ALL my products have a weight attached to them, and they are based off the zone shipping module.

 

Anyone has a fix for this asap? It's only during the last stage of the checkout that nothing works at all :(

I've updated the checkout_confirmation.php file to ver 1.139 today, but I STILL get the same error.

 

Can someone please help? I've been getting a lot of orders without shipping added at the 'confirmation' page, and this is giving me quite a headache :(

If you haven't solved this yet, go to your admin, and go to your order totals module. Check that you have it enabled ('true') in order totals, and that it's sort order number is not the same as another modules.
