2.2 cvs better the 2.2 MS1?

I am running my store on http://www.pcmegastore.nl but since i found alot of problems in the admin section read:

I'm now considering of making a new install based on the 2.2 cvs version instead of the 2.2MS1 hoping this one is bit more stable then Is this an good idea? Is anyone of you running his store on this development version, and are all modules found in the contribution section working with the 2.2 cvs?

 

Can you give me advice?

 

Any suggestions of the stores lay-out are also more then welcom (but when you have a suggestion, please also say how to change this)
