Problems with checkout_shipping_address.php v1.15 2003/06/03

Dear Users,

I have been following Oscommerce for almost a year now, and I have finally come to a problem I have not been able to solve myself. I have been testing my store, and when I try to switch my shipping address during checkout, I get an error 1062 (duplicate entry) on the table address_book. I use to have this error when trying to change billing addresses, until I used Harald's extra code to correct the auto-increment settings, and primary key settings on the address_book table, and billing addresses can be switched on the fly. Now I can't explain this, changing a billing address and a shipping address during checkout both use the same file. What gives?

Can you point me to Herald's fix you are referring to? I am having this problem with 2.2MS1.
