Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing fine. I just need small help from the experts in here. Recently i have install a program with OSc and the program name is support ticket v1b

 

i get this error when a user long then he or she decided to write tech problem in the Info box Helpdesk : :roll:

 

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'select * from support_tickets where customers_id = '2' and ticket_status='1'' at line 1

 

select count(select * from support_tickets where customers_id = '2' and ticket_status='1' order by ticket_date DESC) as total

i have the exact poblem, does anyone have any idea how to fix this error?
