Making certain Product Attribute default

I have a few product attributes for each one of my products and I would like it so that when the user clicks on the product and gets the listing for it, they get the default price product attribute.

It seems that no matter what I try when the user clicks on a product that is 20 dollars, the browser automatically picks the default attribute in the drop down that makes it a quantity of like 4 instead of 1 thus costing more money and this may get confusing to our visitors, here's an example:

http://www.plaksmacker.com/catalog/product...9259588688c1dc5

as you can see 4 boxes is highlighted with an additional price rather than 1 box with the same price as listed on the product info page. Does anyone know how to select a default somehow?

Assault

If you want to find it you'll have to google "Assault T-Shirts" because posting my damn url in my signature is against the forum rules.
