Fatal error on install?

Connecting to /catalog/includes/application_top.php give me the following warnings:

I get the catalog up but with this warning in the header:

Using v 2.1

2.1 is the old version wich is not supported no more i wouls suggest 2.2MS1 or wait for 2.2MS2 wich should be here in the next few days
