AgentNitz Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 i'm sure this topic has come up, but no matter how much i look, i can't seem to find any of em :P i was wondering how can i remove certain fields from the customer account creation screen? i.e. gender, suburb, etc. i've read the part on re-arranging the fields, that's no problem, but when it comes to removing those fields in the customer side and the admin side, my mind hits a blank wall. so basically i want to remove the input for certain fields when the customer creates an account, edits their address while checking out, and remove them from the admin side as well. thanks :)

Guest Posted June 20, 2003 Posted June 20, 2003 changing the fields is explained in lesson 1 under modifications in guide, clickable at bottom, check wilki ste for editing out if its not included at guide, to edit out doube slash// in front of either the word include or require , which ever is used.
