Price update automatically based om overall products sold?

We have a group buying cart. I want to set the cart so that prices automatically adjust after a certqain amount is spent.

For example, when overall orders from a certain manufacturer is $200 everyone gets a discount.

I cannot sem to get a hang on how to do this. Help me someone.
