Fedka Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 For some reason, when a customer writes an e-mail on the web site (store), it is sent to two places: one - to me, as configured, and another one to some odd e-mail address, like @myservername.com... The first one gets through to me fine, the second bouces back to the customes with an error message, which is very discouraging. How do I get rid of the second address? What server type do I configure - POP or smtp? Thank you, Yuri www.fedka.com

krionix Posted June 19, 2003 Posted June 19, 2003 this is a part of my link to admin control panel http://aaaa/..... I have 2.2MS1 OSC , go to admin site - my store - and search for "send extra order mail" , leave this blank, maybe it is a wrong way to solve your problem but try ! :)
