Guest Posted June 18, 2003 Posted June 18, 2003 I'm not a tech head but I think you have to chmod the file you can normally do this from your ftp program.
pinosilecchia Posted June 20, 2003 Author Posted June 20, 2003 thank you for your help I still dont undrstand http://blitzpro.com/istore/catalog/ take a look maybe I did explain?
mdfst13 Posted June 20, 2003 Posted June 20, 2003 Can you log onto the server that gives you the error? If it is Unix/Linux based, you can chmod a-w configure.php If it is Windows based with a FAT filesystem or NTFS using simple sharing, right click on the file and make it Read-Only. If it is Windows with NTFS and ACL security, right click on the file; select the security tab; select the Internet user and give that person just read permissions. If you only have FTP access to the machine, many FTP programs will allow you to change the permissions to read only. Good luck, Matt I love deadlines. I like the whooshing sound they make as they fly by. ---Douglas Adams
pinosilecchia Posted June 20, 2003 Author Posted June 20, 2003 mdfst13 Matt thank you for your help I tried with ftp still not working Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /htdocs/istore/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. http://blitzpro.com/istore/catalog/
