crshNbrn Posted June 18, 2003 Posted June 18, 2003 I have noticed since I moved to Burts Sid Killer in HTML_OUTPUT (was using a different html_output code before as well) that now my url are listed with a space in them ....it doesnt affect the link but it is freaking me out a bit ...can anyone explain? Search at google http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=...ter+than+nature Notice the space?-catalog/ product_info.php- www.betterthannature.com/catalog/ product_info.php?cPath=&products_id=34 - 38k - Cached - Shouldn't it show like this? www.betterthannature.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=&products_id=34 - 38k - Cached - Anyone with any insight how/why google is indexing and displaying the url this way? The actual link to you website does not have the space, only the non-clickable link displayed in green appears this way. click here --> http://snurl.com/1lqy ... for example http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/books_magazines/pr...ce_michio_kaku/ actual link when first result is clicked versus ... www.dooyoo.co.uk/books_magazines/print_books/ hyperspace_michio_kaku/ ... the link displayed by Google in green on the "cached" and "similar pages" line (notice the space).
