Calling all osc guru's......can't create an account

Does anyone know how i can resolve this problem? I get this error from the "create account" link. Every other link seems to be fine,so far anyway!

c:/phpdev/www/catalog "this is where i have installed"

 

I am running w2k. Changed configure.php to "configurex.php"
