need some help

i need to make 3 new shipping modules

-Store Delivery

-Self Collection at Collection Points.

-Local Courier / Mail Delivery.

and also a few new payment modules, namely

-Cash on Collection

-Bank Transfer

anyone can help?

i am quite an idiot in php coding...
