Can osCommerce show auth codes from the payment gateway?

This should probably be posted in the development forum, but then, it might be a configuration issue...

 

I'm writing a payment gateway module for my local bank (Moneris - A Royal Bank + Bank of Montreal collaboration), and cannot figure out how to display the approval code and other sundry attributes. The reply URL is set to point to checkout_process.php, but I don't see within any of that code where one extracts the variables one might want from the reply. I see database entries being compiled into an email, but nothing from the transaction. Does osCommerce even bother with the transaction results?
