Protx - Form vs Direct

Hi,

 

A question directed at those of you using Protx to take payments. Im hoping to use them soon and Im wondering on your thoughts of using the Form payment method vs the Direct method.

 

I do have a dedicated server, so I would be able to use the Direct method, and it looks like Direct has various advantages in terms of flexibility of payments over Form, but Form is easier to setup and use?

 

I've browsed the forums and see theres no refund facility in Direct - how are people getting around that?

 

If I start with Form will Protx let me move to the Direct method later?

 

Anyone had an experience with Protx in a CC fraud situation? Were they helpful?

I used protx direct on my site, there is a contribution avaliable for this!

 

For the refunds, Protx gaves us the php code and intructions on how to do this, it was pretty straightforward

Just a quick note to say that the Protx Form Contrib, works with MS2, as I wasnt sure. So far so good, but only tried with the test payment system.

 

I only say this as the contrib says it only works with MS1, but it seems to have the relevant code for Install/Uninstall anyway.
