Guest Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 Hey, I have a one question. I?m looking into different carts and I found this one. I?m looking for ONE very important feature. My products will be downloadable, can osCommerce handle this? When the shopper has paid, will they be directed to a download page were they can download the product. Can they only download it once? Is this available in the 2.1 release? What kind of statistics dose this cart show? Thank you,
Guest Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 Yes downloads are possible with this cart, and people can download as many times as you let them. Its easily set via the admin interface included with osCommerce.
Guest Posted June 17, 2003 Posted June 17, 2003 BTW, you may want to wait until tomorrow to get this cart system. A very big release is supposed to occur tomorrow, so I suggest waiting. Look for version 2.2 MS2 and download it. Aside from that, there are probably MANY user written contributions you could use with your shop, I don't think you will find a better storefront anywhere, especially considering the price. :D
