Unable to complete install???

How do I rectify this problem?

I have chmod'd the files and it will not work.

Is the problem something to do with the double // in admin?

 

The configuration files do not exist, or permission levels are not set.

 

Please perform the following actions:

cd /lopt/www/htdocs/***/***/catalog/includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

cd /lopt/www/htdocs/***/***/catalog/admin//includes/

touch configure.php

chmod 706 configure.php

Ignore the above, found the problem.
