Bestsellers box wont refresh

Im having a problem, my bestsellers infobox has not refreshed in months. The same items are listed in the box and nothing changes... In the admin report of bestsellers it does not even have any items listed as the same. Has anyone ran into this problem? If so do you have any suggestions?
