Guest Posted June 15, 2003 Posted June 15, 2003 hey i have a site www.bocaterry.com in which the cart seems to dissapear...so you ad an item and its there in the cart but if u continue shopping or try to checkout - the cart seems to empty.... ive tried replacing shopping_cart.php and checkout_payment.php which seem to be the only files getting used but still getting same behaviour...anyone have any ideas which could help thanks

I am having the same problem. On my test site it is working fine, but on my production site the cart empties as soon as the Checkout button is clicked. I'm stumped and it is preventing me from going live! :cry: Thanks, Randy BTW, on some of your pages, I was getting JavaScript errors when using your header menu links. gpraceman Posted July 1, 2003 Posted July 1, 2003 try replacing session.php with stock one I haven't installed any contributions that have made any changes to the sessions.php file. With all the same files (except a slightly different configure.php file due to being on a different server) and all the same data, it works on one server, but not the other. gpraceman Posted July 1, 2003 Posted July 1, 2003 The only difference that I notice (not knowing what a lot of that serve info means) between the two servers is that one is running PHP version 4.3.2 (checkout doesn't work) and the other is 4.2.2 (checkout works).
