siclif Posted June 14, 2003 Posted June 14, 2003 hi, I installed the catalog with no problme working fine,even my admin part is working fine except my images dont come up the path of the images seems to be fine but still i cannot veiw them can anyone let me know what might be wrong cheers siclif
hankfrid Posted June 14, 2003 Posted June 14, 2003 Did you add your images from the Admin when adding new products and hit browse and let osc pull the image from your PCs hard drive? I almost always have to do it that way. When I FTP the images, they normally don't work. Just a thought. HankFrid If I build it...they will come. If I don't try to build it.....I will never know!
Guest Posted June 14, 2003 Posted June 14, 2003 you can FTP your images if need be. I usually use the browse button as well but, my images did not show up either. It was after a day that I noticed that when osc uploaded the image(s), the permissions were set to 600. Either way, I had to change the permissions so, I use FTP to upload anyway. Check your file permissions on the images you uploaded. Must be atleast 644.
siclif Posted June 15, 2003 Author Posted June 15, 2003 i have given the appropiate file persmissions but still no luck not even a single image not even the admin images like add,edit,del are visible and the header logo and exchange banner nothing comes up..... can u suggest what might be wrong tx :) cheers siclif
