shipping help required

How can I set the following shipping costs

 

I just can't find anyway to do it :(

 

uk. ? 1.35

usa. ? 2.85

australasia. ? 2.95

canada. ? 3.10

europe. ? 1.95

south africa. ? 2.80

all others. ?3.20

that is for one item and add 70p per item after that

:idea: Have you considered the fact that if each item after the single option

needs to have 70p added, you could offset it? (maybe?)

I.E.. if you added 70p onto all your item prices..

then you could have several flat rate shipping options minus 70p..

 

uk. ? 0.65

usa. ? 2.15

australasia. ? 2.25

etc.. etc..
