Product Image Display Contribution

I was hoping someone could tell me if there is a contribution to alter to the presentation of the product images. For instance, adding shadows to images or other such thing. I have browsed all the contributions in "features", "other", and "images." I am hoping I just missed it.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. Perhaps you could be a little more constructive and point out which topic this post would be more appropriately suited. Reading the description of the "contribution" forum leads one to believe that this is the most appropriate place for anything related to contributions (as the name implies).

No, there isn't a contribution that does what you are looking for. You would need to edit the photos offline with an image editing program and then reload them to the server (I would use ftp).

 

I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I don't want you waiting for a solution that is not here at this time.

all you would have to do is build a table around the code that calls your image in product_info.php...

 

in that table you would have it like this:

 

|image | cell with shadow|

| - cell with shadow - |

 

 

kinda hard to explain.... but something that can be done without too much work... and not really something that i can post up here because you would need your own shadow image that matches the background of your cart....
