New Shipping Modules patch correct but invisbles in Admin

I duplicated and modded the basic flat and money order to suit my needs but the OSC seems only to allow me to use 3 shipping modules.I checked the posts on the forum and my paths are correct....seems like OSC doesn't see the modules also if they are there!

Please someone help me to figure this out, i'm using MS1
