quicklyshop Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 Quicklyshop.com was running fine for last 8 months till today. But something happened and site giving error for last 3 hours i checked if the site was down but it wasn't. It is giving me error 1455 . the point i dont understand is that we did not instal any script or did modification for last 3 months. My PHP skills are not enough to work out what is the problem. I also checked the database . Mysql Database was intact . So do any of you have an idea ? :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: I can't type a trick like i can type.
quicklyshop Posted June 11, 2003 Author Posted June 11, 2003 After a big investigation i found the problem. MySQL database cannot open the table product_description in MYSQL database. But i simply dont see the reason. Why there should be problem if i did not modify anything. Do you know if there is a way to repair this table? I can't type a trick like i can type.

Whenever you get an error no 145 you can simply repair the corrupted table with REPAIR command. But if doesnt work out you are screwed. So from today i am backing up my database in daily bases I can't type a trick like i can type.

If you are a busy store I would recommend once every Month, but do a Back up before you Touch your database. If your not to busy once every 6 should be ok. I also don't know that much about mysql, i just know what happends to my sites when I Don't do it. :) Glad you figured it out.
