bluestallion Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 I've just installed Ian's CRE Loaded v5 on my new linux/apache web host. I encountered the following errors after executing OSC installation. My files are stored in my root folder instead of "catalog" folder. Warning: open_basedir restriction in effect. File is in wrong directory in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/spieltoys.com.sg/httpdocs/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 226 Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/classes/box.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/psa/apache/lib/php') in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/spieltoys.com.sg/httpdocs/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 226 What can the problem be? Pls help. Thanks.
toolcrazy Posted June 11, 2003 Posted June 11, 2003 Your host has PHP in safe mode and it is setup incorrcectly. I promised myself I wouldn't do this, :D but try a search for. open_basedir or safe mode and use my username as well. I've posted several suggested fixes all ready and I don't have time to find them now. Sorry Steve -------------------------
