Horuss Posted June 10, 2003 Posted June 10, 2003 When I veiw an order from a customer. I update the status, add a comment, check notify customer. It updates the order but does not send an email to the customer notify them of the change. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks Norm Whether you like it, or don't like it, you better learn to love it.

Guest Posted June 10, 2003 Posted June 10, 2003 Have you had any luck on sending emails from the system, such as a newsletter? Does your shop generate an email when the order is placed the first time?

I haven't tried emailing the customer though (me as a test customer). I will see if that works Whether you like it, or don't like it, you better learn to love it.
Horuss Posted June 10, 2003 Author Posted June 10, 2003 I went into the customers account and clicked on the email button. THat worked. I shut off MIME HTML in E-mail options and tried using the order status and still did not work. Whether you like it, or don't like it, you better learn to love it.
