When a customer is attempting to login, this is the path in the browser:

I realize one of my parameters is wrong, but not sure where.

 

I don't why it has automation_catalogs_services Twice and I don't know why it has HTTPS_SERVER (I'm not using that)

 

Any ideas, thanks guys
