Using Eprocessing Network

Well yes I have Search for help on this topic.


Shopping cart looks great but does not function. It works fine until the end. I get "There has been an error processing your card. Please try again." It displays in a red bar near the top of the browser.


I just need a litlle direction as to where one would look for clues to fix this error.


You can try it yourself to see the message. It won't take your credit card.

I just tried it with a fake credit card number, and it was https://www.eprocessingnetwork.com/cgi-bin/...dbe/transact.pl that gave me an error about Invalid Card #.


If it's getting that far, eProcessing should be able to help you troubleshoot.

Ok now this is getting confusing again. Please tell me how many Emails are generated after a purchase? I have been assuming it is one from Eprocessing for approval and another for the actual order?


I thought orders were viewed via the Oscommerce Admin.
