jal2007 Posted June 9, 2003 Posted June 9, 2003 Hi, I have a problem regarding the order status. When I log in to admin site - Customer - edit order, change the status of the order, the email sent to the customer with empty contents. Could you please someone can help me for this? Thanks

However, the sent email has empty content even tough there was a comment I wrote to this customer. I need the notify cutomer to be checked for the confirmation of his/her order status. Thanks

jal2007 Posted June 10, 2003 Author Posted June 10, 2003 I use OSC2.2 MS1. Only Australian Bank Transfer payment module and Australian Shipping module been added, which I believe got nothing to do with the order. Thanks
