Product listing help

I have installed OSC 2.2 on my site succesfully with the demo store included. Now i am stuck with customizing the look and layout for it. What i need is just a very simple product listing style:

I have looked at every documentation for help but still cannot figure it out when i look into default.php because i have very limited php knowledge. here's my progress:

Take a look at your Admin>Configuration>Product listing. In that section you can specify which of the options are shown and the order in which they are listed by changing the values. For example: You want the image, then the name of the item, the price, and a "buy now" button. You enable a feature with any number greater than zero and zero =disable. So, to list the image first give it a value of 10, the name of the item a value of 20, the price 30, and the buy now 40. By using the numbering systenit also sets the order of the columns.
