I have been requested to create a shipping method that does the following: Dual zones: Domestic and Foreign - & - Each product category needs to be able to have a shipping price for the first product and a discounted shipping price for additional products that will be different for each zone. i.e. category=t-shirt domestic first item=$1.00 domestic additional=$.50 foreign first item=$2.00 foreign additional=$1.00 Any help appreciated!
