Store without payment

I run a trading service, but I would like to use OS Commerce basically as an easy way of showing the items I have for trade. Therefore, the only form of payment I wish to recieve is a trade instead of money, and I don't want anyone to have to charge a credit card, or send money/chec, etc. Before I decide to use this program, I would like to know if there is a way to turn off all forms of payment, and customers can just have their order sent directly to me to discuss trade information. Is that possible with OS Commerce? Thanks! :D
