Create New Account Runtime error on MSN8???

I have had my site up for a couple of weeks now. Started a little bit of Google Adwords, very focused, just to get a few customers to start. Also told friends and family.

Family member is on MSN8 and went out to shop. Added things to cart as guest and then went to create_account. Said after keying in all the data, when she went to "Continue" she got a "runtime error line 234" with no filename or anything, just says "Do you want to debug?". She pressed "yes" and got second "runtime error line 99".

She called us and we went out and set her an account up. She was able to log in and place an order without a problem.

I know that I've had one other customer I believe on Yahoo (only because email is @yahoo.com, so I can't be certain), that set up an account just fine and placed an order. But I've had a bit of visitors and no one setting up an account. Wonder if other customers visiting are having a similar problem and I just don't know it.

Does MSN8 use it's own browser software, as opposed to IE or Navigator?

Has anyone experienced this kind of problem before?

I am on 20030514 snapshot and love it so far.

I just don't know where to start to even try and determine what her error was. Anyone with an idea would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

HankFrid

Yes, MSN8 is a modified version of MSIE.

The runtime error is based on the browser not your site. You user should have had the option to report the problem to MS which hopefully they did.

Basically there is not anything that you can do about this. :(

Daemonj;

Thank you very much. That is what I was hoping the problem was, even though I don't like it.

I will have them retry and report it if they did not.

Thanks again.
