Problems With Purchase Without Account v0.59 - Help!

I noticed that the file 'create_account_process.php' file has been removed from the latest snapshot version of osCommerce.

 

PWA v0.59 includes a reference to this file in 'order_info_process.php' via 'FILENAME_CREATE_ACCOUNT_PROCESS'.

 

I get an error when trying to use the PWA method because of this missing file, so I tried pointing 'FILENAME_CREATE_ACCOUNT_PROCESS' to 'create_account.php', but when I go through the order process, none of the account details (address, etc) get passed onto the payment page.

 

The account seems to get created, but without any of the details (address, date of creation, etc) being filled in.

 

Does anyone have any ideas? I would very much like to implement this contribution, as I have seen many customers turn away at the point of creating an account!
