No order confirmation

Little problem: order process is working very well, Dicount Coupons and Worldpay too, no problem, but I don't get any email and the customer either... I know I had this problem in the past but I have no clue how I solved it :cry:

 

Even when I update the status in does not send an email. And I cannot send an email using the admin distribution list stuff.

 

Any idea ? Discount Coupon or Worldpay problem ? I don't think so. I get the confimration email from worldpay.

 

Help help help help. I tried to search the forum but it really react strange lately. It does not find posts even for very very basic search (like "no email"). And I did not find an answer after more than a full day searching :shock: :shock:

I solved this by making sure you have php.ini in the root web correct. Set the SMTP (if you use Winslow, opps I mean Windows) and the email address it's coming from in php.ini. About a third of the way down.

Whether you like it, or don't like it, you better learn to love it.
