Urgent Help needed for order missing in Admin

I just started a live store and I have some weird problem with the customer's order list.

I found there are two places to look customer's order in Admin, one is under the Customers and the other is under the Reports. I just found that these two places have different number of orders, one is 17 and the other is 18.

Then as more orders come in, the one under Customer's order only list the most recent 15 orders. The one under Reports can only display order sorted by money amount so I can't see which order is first which one is second.

Now I want to know if the orders under the Customers is designed to display 15 orders only or something wrong with my system?

How to change the sorting order for the order under Reports then?

Thanks so much. I'm getting worried that I may end up losing customer's order.

I don't think you need to change the sort order to get the iformation you need.

Got to tools/reports and run customer_orders_total.

When this displays, click on the customer's name (which is a link).

This will display that customer.

On the right hand of the screen click on Orders, this will the display all that customers orders.

Edit each order and at the bottom of the screen there is a date added which also display's the time.

Hope this helps

I know how to get to individual's order. But if I can see all the orders in one page with date will give you a glance of whose order is first. Just like under the Customers menu the order can be viewed by sorting name, date or amount. That's great. However, I can only have 15 orders on that page, the first orders don't show when there are more orders come in. It's frustrating.
