Custom Vynle and Signs

Hi,

 

I was wondering if there is a modules that will let user upload their own .jpg to the admin so I can view the .jpg file so I know how to make the vynle stickers for them.

 

I got a sign shop that do vynle stickers. Anyone know of a modules that will do that? Please point me to the right direction.
