Payflow link payment module not showing up

Hello all,

 

Any ideas why a payment module would show up in the admin page and not on the catalog page?

 

I'm using ThemeOSC and I'm enabling it in the admin page, but it doesn't show up in the store front. I followed the installation instructions for the module.
