Place the files in your document root folder, add an entry to your .httpd file for the site, modify the includes/configure.php files for your local settings (paths and what-not) and that should do it.

wheres the .httpd file located. is this file part of osc, or part of the server side?

It is part of the Apache server and typically found in /usr/local/apache/bin.

No, the password file is .htpasswds.

The .httpd is the http daemon settings (configuration) file.
