URGENT! I have a shop that has gone live...

I have a shop that has gone live, it was sending and processing credit cards through Authorize.net for a few days and now it (or so I am told by authorize net) is not sending or recieving the data to process the credit card information. I need some suggestions , please.

 

I also have a question regarding the relay response URL that I should setup at authorize net....what should it be? I want to check all my setting to make sure there is no fault at my end before I tell them they are full of it and to fix it because the problem is not on my end.

 

I would appreciate any and all the help I can get.
