Anyone deal with this error message before?

I installed osCommerce version osCommerce 2.2-MS2-CVS on IIS 5.0

Everything works fine...no problems.

But I keep getting this error message on the top of my CATALOG pages:

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: C:Inetpubwwwroottbsonlinekyangflowersshopcatalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

I cannot figure out how to turn this error message off.

All my error messages are turned OFF in php.ini

The only permissions I have set on the includes/configure.php files are:

everyone - READ

Any advice...

Since you are on a windows box and using IIS, set both configure.php files to read only and that will resolve the message.

sometimes FTP chmod does not update correctly

download that file to your computer, delete it on the ftp, upload it again, and then set the correct chmod: 755 I believe

That did it.

Thank you very much...been straining my brain for the last two hours trying to figure that one out....
